My wish for me & you. Let 2020 be the beginning of a decade of self-love and self-acceptance, with greater acceptance of others. A peaceful decade of positive progress where we meet our healing challenges and become our absolute potential, by following our hearts and moving with little steps towards our bliss & our “home” (Heaven On Mother Earth). This is my hope for myself, all those around me and for those I’m so privileged to work with at The Light Centre.
If you work hard for other people, at work or in your family lives; work equally hard for yourself!
Unlearn Tension.
An Exercise following a Massage Treatment:
We habitually hold tension.
After a massage, just sit. Not necessarily meditating – you may like to watch a movie.
Notice where you are tensing, out of habit.
Practice knowing that tension comes from habit and from muscle memory, and relax that part of you. Let it go.
… this will recur several times. You’ll be distracted and suddenly tension may creep in again. Continue to notice & continue to relax that part of you. Noticing your tension is so much easier following a massage when we are energetically re-set. Bring this new awareness into your everyday life – when in traffic, or in a queue – anywhere.
(I hold habitual tension behind my right scapula. Deeper energetic/ancestral tension, I “hold” at the top of my left thigh – found during my Reiki training.)
Have a warm Bath before a Massage Treatment.
Having a warm bath before a Massage Treatment to relax your muscles, so that muscular tension is lower and the treatment can be even more deeply effective. Swimming also helps to warm the muscles.
A Decade of Self-Love & Self-Acceptance.
In 2020, don't be afraid of your emotions; follow them and let them be your guiding light. Do the things that make you happy! We write our own book. Notice those that raise or lower your vibration and act accordingly! Focus on raising your vibration! So you in turn can raise the vibration of others, and if you’re having difficulty, ask for help.
Let raising your vibration start with your words ... may they be honest, kind and if they must be negative, may you also look for the the positive – What we are learning through any adversity, so we can in turn help others.
