Past-Life Regression Therapy: Are you Awake?

A regular massage client asked yesterday about past-life regression therapy. The query was whether she will be aware of and remember the session … The answer is YES you are aware of everything being said in the past-life regression session because you are actively talking throughout, responding to my questions and explaining to me what you are seeing … You don’t even have to be in a particularly deep trance state to be regressed, so first-timers to hypnosis are also great candidates for this therapy. I give the option of having the session recorded and do write extensive notes throughout which helps me to see patterns and themes which helps my questioning and helps me to see the opportunities for healing, closure, and where intervention is needed. Past-Life Regression Therapy is an opportunity for deep insight and healing and is even enjoyable … I have had regressions where I have been laughing about what’s coming up for me.

Reiki & Release

Yesterday I took part in a Reiki share and was reminded of the “opening-up” and energetic release that can happen during a Reiki treatment. I suddenly felt the urge to breathe a very very deep breathe – to really fill up my lungs and enjoy the simple feeling of being full – of oxygen. The first breathe I couldn’t write get the “full of oxygen” or “opening-up” breathe I was gasping for. When I tried again it was like I really felt FULL. I had let something new in. Almost like a blockage had gone that had been stopping me from appreciating the simplest thing – a simple breathe. A few minutes after this is happened again, the urge to take a huge beautiful breathe and fill my lungs up entirely. A block had been removed and it felt as sweet and good as the simple pleasure of appreciation the beautiful oxygen we breathe : )

The Temporary Nature of Panic Attacks

On PANIC ATTACKS ... Hypnotherapy can certainly help. Please remember that the panic attack is a 3 minute response due to excess of adrenalin (can last longer, even 15 mins). Do share with your GP ... if this happens 4 times in 4 weeks & has 4 symptoms or more there may be a panic disorder playing out. Often caused by an accumulation of life events and a struggle to process strong emotional sensations that causes it. Or can be an ISE (initial sensitising event) that was the cause ... which can be found and healed using regression therapy. Remember the symptoms are distressing, not dangerous ... feelings are not facts ... it is temporary ... you can face the fear and not turn away from it and it will pass ... you're never given anything that you cannot deal with ... and any embarrassment can be dealt with, it's a natural reaction ... and when this phase is over you will be stronger. Hypnotherapy can help understand the causes and your thoughts and emotions, as well as help you generate safe places in your mind : ) Relaxation and breathing techniques, forward timeline pacing, distancing techniques and regression therapy can help.
